In Landmarks I seek to find things that are out of the ordinary, making them visible where they might otherwise blend in. Limbo is a photographic series captured in the suburbs of Cape Town, showing trees that have died but not yet fallen. These trees were photographed in various suburbs of the Cape Flats: a large, flat, and low-lying area of Cape Town, which was set aside for the forced relocation of non-white citizens under apartheid laws. – Dillon Marsh
